Ask Dorris is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Conversational AI services and personalized interactions
• Cryptocurrency token discovery and market data on the Solana blockchain
• Non-custodial wallet functionality for storing and managing digital assets
• Token swap and trading capabilities through third-party decentralized exchanges

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

• You must be 18+ years old to use this service
• You agree not to use the App for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or decompile the App
• You will not use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You will respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on others' rights
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY AND TRADING TERMS

Non-Custodial Service: Ask Dorris is a non-custodial application. We do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency or private keys. Your wallet keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.

Irreversible Transactions: All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to the Solana blockchain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

Third-Party Services: Token swaps are executed through third-party decentralized exchanges (such as Jupiter Exchange). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their operation, availability, or any losses incurred through their use.

No Financial Advice: Nothing in this App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The AI assistant provides information for educational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Market Data: Token prices, charts, and market data are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any market information displayed.

5. PRIVACY

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chuckle JAR LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Chuckle JAR LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
